Couples' Connection Workshop

April 4th, 10:00 - 1:00 

This three hour workshop will focus on exploring the interaction cycle with your partner, identifying your own emotions and needs in your relationship as well as learning about your partner's.  Meditation will be utilized to increase grounding individually as well as in the relationship as a way to decrease conflict and increase connection.  

Couples' Therapy Intensive

offered once per month as a way to do the first 3 couples' therapy sessions in one segment. 

Saturdays, 10:00-1:00
